We do not retain copies of client documents. Any records you bring to or share during a session remain yours and are not stored by Legacia.

- Contact enquiries: retained for 2 years from last contact
- Client records and session notes: retained for 3 years from the date of service, then securely deleted
- Financial records: retained for 7 years in line with Thai accounting requirements
- Website analytics data: retained for up to 26 months
