1. Definitions

"Legacia", "we", "us", "our" — the organisation operating at 288 Wireless Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand
"Client", "you", "your" — any individual or household that engages Legacia's services or uses this website
"Services" — the document organisation, archive system, and facilitation services described on this website
"Session" — any individual meeting or series of meetings forming part of a service engagement
"Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any service confirmation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, submitting an enquiry, or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another person or a family, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. Nature of Services — Important Limitations

Legacia provides administrative and educational services only. Our services consist of document organisation, labelling, archive structuring, and family conversation facilitation. Specifically:

We do not provide legal advice of any kind
We do not provide financial, tax, or accounting advice
We do not draft, review, or interpret legal documents or instruments
We do not represent clients in any capacity
We do not make any promises about outcomes, legal validity, or the suitability of any arrangement

If you need legal or financial advice, you should consult a qualified professional. Legacia can describe the type of professional to seek but cannot make referrals or recommendations.

4. Service Availability

Services are available to clients located in or near the Bangkok metropolitan area. Home visits are available across Bangkok. Some services may be delivered by video call for clients outside Bangkok at our discretion. Services are available in English and Thai.

5. Booking and Confirmation

A service engagement begins when Legacia confirms a booking in writing by email. Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without giving a reason.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees are as stated on our website or in a written quotation at the time of booking
All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿)
Payment is due in full before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking
Fees include all stated materials and written summaries unless otherwise noted

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: full refund
Cancellations with 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: no refund
Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice: one rescheduling at no charge
Legacia may cancel or reschedule at any time in exceptional circumstances and will offer a full refund or alternative date

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information at the time of booking and during sessions
Ensure a suitable, private environment for sessions held at your home or chosen location
Not share session summaries or Legacia's written materials with third parties in a way that misrepresents our services
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and structure — is owned by Legacia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any material without our written consent. Session summaries and documents prepared specifically for your household belong to you upon delivery.

10. Confidentiality

Legacia treats all information shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law. We do not retain copies of documents you bring to sessions. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

Our services are provided in good faith for organisational and educational purposes only. Legacia makes no representations about the legal validity, tax implications, or financial consequences of any documents or arrangements discussed in our sessions. You should not act on the basis of session summaries without first consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legacia's total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, or for decisions made on the basis of our session outputs.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Legacia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or your breach of these terms.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Legacia may terminate immediately if a client behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or materially inconsistent with these terms. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable on termination.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

16. General

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Legacia
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
Legacia may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page
