What exactly does a Document Inventory Session cover?
We sit down with you — at your home or at our Bangkok office — and work through whatever records you want to organise: personal identification, property papers, insurance documents, bank correspondence, family records, and similar. We help you list, label, and create a simple index. We do not read the contents of documents unless you choose to share them, and we do not advise on what they mean legally or financially.
How is the Family Archive System delivered?
You receive a physical folder kit and a digital version (PDF and spreadsheet). A setup session — usually two to three hours — walks you through the structure and how to maintain it over time. The system is designed to be used independently by anyone in the household, without needing to come back to us.
What happens in a Legacy Conversation Facilitation?
This is a series of structured sessions — typically three to five meetings over several weeks — where we help family members talk through record-keeping together. We set a gentle agenda, keep the conversation focused and respectful, and write up a summary after each session. The goal is that all relatives know where records are held and feel comfortable discussing the household's documentation. We do not facilitate legal decisions or act as mediators in disputes.
Do you give legal or financial advice?
No. Legacia's work is organisational and educational. We help you find, label, and systematise documents — we do not interpret them, advise on their legal effect, or draft any instruments. If you need legal or financial guidance, we are happy to suggest the type of professional to consult.
How long does a session typically take?
A Document Inventory Session usually runs two to four hours, depending on the volume of records. Family Archive System setup takes a similar amount of time. Legacy Conversation sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes each, with a short written summary shared by email afterwards.
Where are sessions held?
We can come to your home anywhere in the Bangkok metropolitan area, or meet at our Lumphini office on Wireless Road. For Legacy Conversation sessions involving larger families, we can also arrange a neutral private meeting room.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Whatever you share with us during a session remains strictly within our team. We do not share client information with third parties. Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
