Siriporn Charoenwong

Bangkok — Document Inventory Session

"My mother passed away two years ago and we spent months trying to find everything. I did not want my own children to go through that. Natthida came to our house and in four hours we had a clear picture of what exists and where it is. The written summary she sent afterwards was useful when I shared it with my husband."

David Marsh

Bangkok (British expat) — Family Archive System

"Living across two countries with documents in different languages and formats is genuinely complicated. Pim helped us build a system that handles both our Thai paperwork and our UK records in the same structure. My wife and I can both navigate it independently now, which was the point. Worth every baht."

Anchisa Thammasat

Pathum Wan — Legacy Conversation Facilitation

"Three generations of our family sat down together properly for the first time in years. Natthida kept the sessions focused but never rushed. My father, who is 74, felt heard — which I wasn't sure was going to happen. The summaries meant we didn't have to rely on memory when we reviewed things at home. One session took longer than planned, but Legacia accommodated that without fuss."

Kannika Wongkul

Sathorn — Document Inventory Session

"I have been meaning to sort out our family records for about three years. Somehow it never happened. Booking the session forced me to actually do it. James was easy to schedule with, and Natthida arrived knowing exactly what we needed to cover. By the end I had a labelled folder and a list I felt good about."

Marco Vellani

Bangkok (Italian expat) — Family Archive System

"As a non-Thai speaker, I was slightly worried the session wouldn't work well. James joined by phone for the introductory call, and the setup session itself was entirely in English with Pim, who was patient and thorough. The folder system includes a section for foreign documents that I found genuinely useful. The digital checklist has already helped me notice two things that needed updating."

Nattaporn Phromma

Bangkok — Legacy Conversation Facilitation

"My family needed a neutral space — someone who wasn't involved in the family but could keep the conversation on track. Natthida was that person. She was warm and structured at once. We managed five sessions across two months, and afterwards there was a sense that something had been properly completed. The consolidated summary we all received was something we hadn't expected to value as much as we did."

Case Studies

Household journeys, in detail

Case Study 01 — Family Archive System

A Bangkok family with records in three countries

The Situation

A Thai-British household in Silom had accumulated 20 years of records across Bangkok, London, and a property in Chiang Mai. Neither spouse knew where everything was, and important documents had been stored in three different places across two countries.

What We Did

Pim designed a custom folder structure with a Thailand section, a UK section, and a shared household section. A single digital index covered all three locations. A setup session was held at the family's home in Silom, with a phone call two weeks later to check everything was running as expected.

The Outcome

Both family members can now find what they need within minutes, regardless of which country the document relates to. The checklist identified four records that needed updating — three of which neither had noticed were out of date. The household now runs a quarterly review using the maintenance guide.

Case Study 02 — Legacy Conversation Facilitation

Three adult siblings and an ageing parent

The Situation

A Thai family in Pathum Wan with three adult children living in different parts of Bangkok. Their 78-year-old mother wanted her children to understand her household records but the topic had never been discussed openly. One sibling had raised it twice; the conversations had not gone well.

What We Did

Four facilitated sessions over six weeks, all held at the family home and conducted in Thai with English summaries sent afterwards. An initial session focused only on getting comfortable with the process before any records were discussed. The final session brought all three siblings together with their mother to walk through the completed record index.

The Outcome

All three children now hold a copy of the summary index. The mother described feeling "lighter" at the close of the final session. The siblings noted separately that having a facilitated structure meant the conversations didn't become personal in the way previous attempts had. One sibling followed up with a Document Inventory Session for her own household six weeks later.

Case Study 03 — Document Inventory Session

A solo expat preparing for a major health event

The Situation

A British national living alone in Bangkok was facing planned surgery and wanted to ensure his documents were in order should anything go unexpectedly. He had no family in Thailand and was not certain his records were findable by his employer or UK contacts.

What We Did

A single Document Inventory Session at our Lumphini office, conducted entirely in English. James handled the scheduling; Natthida ran the session. The focus was on identification documents, insurance papers, emergency contacts, and a simple record of where key items were stored at his apartment.

The Outcome

He received a written summary by email the following morning, which he forwarded to his employer and a trusted colleague. He described the experience as "surprisingly straightforward — I expected it to be stressful and it wasn't." His surgery went well and he returned for a Family Archive System setup three months later.
