About Legacia
A steady hand for the documents that matter
We are a small Bangkok team with a single focus: helping families know where their records are, and feel calm about what happens to them.

How Legacia came to be
Legacia began in Bangkok in 2019 when our founder, Khun Natthida Surawong, found herself helping her own extended family untangle decades of scattered paperwork after a sudden bereavement. The experience left a strong impression: the grief was hard enough without the added confusion of not knowing which documents existed, where they were kept, or whom to call.
She spent the following two years speaking with other Bangkok families who had faced the same situation — Thai and expatriate alike — and found a consistent gap. Legal and financial advisers were well-served by the market. But the practical, human work of simply getting records in order before anything happened had no calm, affordable, non-advisory home.
Legacia was built to fill that gap. Our team draws on backgrounds in document management, facilitation, and personal family support. We carry no agenda beyond helping households feel organised — and we are firmly outside the scope of legal, financial, or medical practice.
Our Mission
Bringing order — and peace of mind — to family records
We believe that knowing where your family's records are, and sharing that knowledge calmly with the people who matter, is one of the most thoughtful things you can do. It reduces future confusion, respects everyone's time, and keeps focus where it belongs — on the people, not the paperwork.

How We Work
Our working standards
Confidentiality
Everything you share in a session remains within our team. We do not retain copies of documents, and we do not discuss clients with third parties.
Strictly Non-Advisory
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice at any point. Our scope is administrative and educational — we are organisers and facilitators only.
Written Summaries
Every session comes with a written summary shared by email — so the conversation isn't lost, and all family members can refer back to what was covered.
Inclusive Practice
We work with Thai families, expatriate households, and mixed backgrounds alike. Sessions are available in English and Thai.
Data Privacy
Personal data collected for scheduling and follow-up is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Flexible Scheduling
Sessions can take place at your home, at our Lumphini office, or — for family conversations — at a neutral venue in Bangkok. Weekend slots are available on request.
Our Values
Why document organisation matters — and how we approach it
Families in Bangkok — Thai, expatriate, and mixed alike — carry a common burden that rarely gets talked about in open conversation: the uncertainty of not knowing where the important records are, or whether the household is ready for whatever might come next. This is not a legal problem or a financial problem in the first instance. It is an organisational problem, and it has a practical solution.
At Legacia, we believe the most respectful thing a family can do for itself is to keep its paperwork in a form that any member can navigate — quickly, calmly, and without relying on any single person holding everything in their head. When records are ordered and labelled, conversations about them become possible. When those conversations happen, families feel closer and more prepared, not more anxious.
Our work sits entirely outside legal and financial practice. We do not draft documents, review instruments, or advise on their meaning. What we do is help you list what exists, label it clearly, build a system for keeping it current, and — if your family would benefit from it — facilitate the conversations that allow everyone to understand what is where and why it matters.
This kind of unhurried, human-centred approach suits households at any stage: families who simply want tidier record-keeping, those approaching a significant life event, and families working through a change that has made the need for order suddenly very clear.
